Your first visit: what to bring and what will happen
Forty-five minutes, a pulse reading, and a written plan you can take home.
Seasonal Sharad Virechana course — consultations open for October.
A consultation first, then preparation, then the procedure, then the diet that holds the result. In Aarya Nagar, Jawalapur — a short auto ride from Har Ki Pauri.
People arrive asking for a massage and leave understanding why the days on either side of it matter more.
Preparation. Internal ghee, oil massage and steam over three to seven days loosen what is stuck in the tissues and bring it back to the gut.
The main action — Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya or Raktamokshana — chosen for your dominant dosha. Rarely all five.
Recovery. A graduated diet back to normal food over three days, rest, and rasayana herbs. Skip this and the results do not hold.
Prices are per session. Course rates are shown on each therapy page.

Ayurveda is often sold as a spa menu. These are the things we do differently.
Every therapy page lists who should not have it. If a procedure is wrong for you, we will say so and suggest what fits instead.
After the consultation you get the therapies, the order, the number of days and the cost on paper before anything begins.
The times you see are the times that are actually free. Book at midnight, get the confirmation and the pre-care instructions by email.
Forty-five minutes, a pulse reading, and a written plan you can take home.
Spring for Kapha, autumn for Pitta, and the monsoon window that classical texts prefer for Vata.
Five procedures, three stages, and why the preparation days matter more than the day of the treatment.
